Seven-time Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton has revealed that he bought a dog for the four children of his girlfriend, American reality television star Kim Kardashian.
Hamilton, 41, made the disclosure while speaking at a press event ahead of the United States Grand Prix in Austin, Texas, on Saturday, October 24.
The British racing driver opened up about his growing bond with Kardashian’s children, describing the happiness he derives from spending time with them.
“My niece and nephew always gave me a lot of happiness,” he said.
“My girlfriend’s kids, I love spending time with them.”
Hamilton revealed that he had bought the children a dog named Halo, which has since become part of the family.
“She’s got four, so I’m getting to play with these kids. I got them a dog this year, so little Halo is a new member of that family,” he said.
Kardashian, 46, shares her four children — North, 13, Saint, 10, Chicago, eight, and Psalm, seven — with her former husband, rapper Kanye West.
Hamilton and Kardashian became romantically linked in February 2026 before publicly confirming their relationship on Instagram in April.
In June, a source told PEOPLE magazine that Kardashian was particularly careful about introducing new partners to her children.
The source explained that Hamilton’s growing relationship with the children demonstrated how much the television personality trusted him.
In July, Kardashian shared photographs from a family holiday showing Hamilton spending time with her children.
The racing champion also posted a photograph featuring Kardashian, Chicago and Psalm, accompanied by the caption: “Hold your people close.”
